Health Sciences. University of Roehampton
This course is designed to provide a biopsychological perspective on the nature and study of human behaviour and health, with an emphasis on the contemporary developments in the social and biological sciences. A social context is provided for these studies through anthropological, psychological and sociological perspectives on health and healthcare. The broad spectrum of biological approaches from molecular to evolutionary studies also presents a diverse range of theories and methods for the study of human behaviour and health. You develop your research skills through the study of research methods, a research project (MSc students only) and contact with active researchers.
