Coaching and Mentoring. Manchester Metropolitan University

This award is aimed specifically at Mentors and Coaches who are already working with trainee teachers, NQTs or providing peer mentoring. It is designed to support and accredit their work in schools, colleges and other settings and to enable programme members to consider in-depth the role of coaching and mentoring for individuals and organisations. Programme members will need to be in the role of mentor/coach to undertake this award.
