This programme combines expertise and resources from the Business School and the Manchester School of Art to meet the industry’s demand for skilled professionals who understand both the commercial and creative aspects of the rapidly changing international advertising business.

Commercial, theoretical and creative units are studied and you will be encouraged to participate in student competitions such as those run by the British Design and Art Direction Association, the Young Creatives Network and OpenAd.net.

A Postgraduate Diploma is awarded on successful completion of the taught units. To achieve the MSc you must also complete a project-based dissertation.
